It felt like Ramadan only started a few days ago and here we are nearly in the last ten days of the month. I always say the days may seem slow but the weeks are flying by and I don’t know if it is the lockdown or just the strange times we are living in.

But no matter what times we live in, its always nice to give gifts and treat people especially on Eid. I always have to find presents because I am the youngest in the family so giving money is a big NO-NO. By now I have started finding some great presents.

So if you are looking for inspiration then here goes…

  • Biscuit boutique – An artisan biscuit/chocolate boxes with beautiful designs especially for Ramadan and Eid. They look so beautiful and just looking at them makes my mouth water. I especially love when brands cater to Muslims in this way. This is the perfect gift and the delivery time is pretty good too.

Look, how pretty? They have many other designs and colours too.
  • Etsy. They have the coolest things there. Things you can personalise, things eat, and stuff for all ages. But I found a couple of stores that had things that were perfect for my little nephews.  Stores and items are listed below.
          • The Paradise Pearl – They have little journals for reflection and have hadith and verses from the Quran and other little things that are perfect to use on a daily basis. I bought a little journal for my nephew.

          • Custom Workshops NI– this shop essentially personalises any products you want. This is perfect as you can personlised little outfits for children or even sweets and chocolates. So I ordered little bags of candy that say Eid Mubarak and that can be the perfect little addition to other gifts.
  • Hampers. Gift hampers are something I love sending because they can be the perfect mixture of everything the person loves. However, I find that it’s hard to find a good pre-made hamper. So I make them myself but with COVID-19, that’s a little difficult to do and send out. So you can make one online. Choose the type of product you want to send them. For e.g. Skincare and then choose a website that has great skincare and then choose a few different products and boom you have a mini hamper. You can do the following ideas.
          • Skincare – use high street stores online (Superdrug, boots) or somewhere like lookfantastic.
          • Clothes – Again, online high street stores or places like In The style, Nasty Gal, or ASOS.
          • Chocolates or sweets – I love giving chocolates as presents because I love them so much. But you can use Cadbury direct or Ebay for beautiful Chocolate Bouquets.

I hope you found these ideas useful and are able to send the perfect presents to your friends and loved ones.
